Fluid coupling in hindi

Fluid coupling एक Hydrodynamic device होता है।इसे hydroulic coupling कहॉ जाता है।यह Rotational power को एक shaft से दूसरे shaft मे transmission fluid की मदद से transfer करता है।                  अब हम इसके main parts के विसय मे बात करते है।इसका तीन main parts होता है। (१) Housing or Shell - इसे Housing या shell भी कहा जाता है।इसमे एक oli tight seal लगा होता है जो shaft के तरफ होता है।जिससे oil leak नही होता है। Housing अपने अन्दर के parts को safe रखता है। (२) Impeller or pump - Housing के अन्दर impeller होता है जो input shaft से connect होता है।यह centrifugal pump की तरह काम करता है इस लिये इसे pump भी कहा जाता है। (३)  Turbine - यह output shaft के साथ connect होता है जिससे Rotational power ,transmit होता है।             अब हमलोग इसके working principle पर बात करते है।इसे हमलोग आसानी से दो Table fan की मदद से समझ सकते है।मान लिजिये एक Table fan है जो power source से connect है। और एक दूसरा table fan है...

What is F-R-L units?

F-R-L यानि filter,Regulatorऔर lubricator का एक assembly होता है जिसमे एक filter होता है जो compressed air को filter करता है।एक regulator होता है जो compressed air को एक particular ,pressure पर compressed करता है ।एक lubricator होता है जो compressed air,lubricate करता है इसके साथ साथ एक pressure guage भी होता है जो F-R-L से निकलने वाले Air के pressure को दिखाता है।         F-R-L का use वहां होता है जहां कोई pneumatic tools या machine,use होता है।जैसे-pneumaric cylinders,pneumaric pumps,pneumatic air breakers.            Pneumatic tools मे कई moving parts होते है ।इनको अगर अच्छी तरह से operate करना है तो इनमे जो Air जाना चाहिये वो बिलकुल  Clean होना चाहिये।Moisture free होना चाहिये।जिससे pneumatic tools अच्छी तरह से चले और long lasting हो।pneumatic tools को एक constant pressure मे operate होना चाहिये।इस pressure को Regulator से कम या ज्यादा करके एक Costant पर सेट किया जाता है।अब बात करते है Regulator की।      ...

What is economiser?

एक एेसा यांति्क Machine है जो exhaust flue gas को utilise करके Boiler के लिये feed water को गरम करता है।जैसा कि नाम से पता चलता है कि यह Boiler के economy को improve करता है। एक बहूत famous economiser है वो है Greens economise.यह stationary Boiler जैसे Lancashire type के Boiler मे ज्यादा use होता है। इसमे बहूत सारे vertical pipe होते हैजो boiler से निकलने वाले hotgas को absorb करता है और उसके बाद वो hotgas chimney के through बाहर की तरफ चला जाता है। ये pipe या tubes करीब 2.75m लम्बा और 114mm external dia का होता है और इनके pipe का thickness 11.5mm होता है जो cast iron का होता है। Economiser transverse section मे बना होता है।हर section मे 6 या 8 vertical tubes होते है ये tubes horizantol pipe से joined होते है topऔर bottom मे।      Top tubes या boxes(2) का अलग -अलग section,pipe(4) के साथ connect रहता है।जबकि bottom box जो होता है वो pipe (5)के साथ connect होता है।pipe(4) और pipe(5) एक दूसरे के opposite होते है जो economiser के Bricks work के बाहर होते है।   ...
